Cynthia Moller began her escrow career in 1985.  She has been serving the Santa Clarita Valley since 1987.  Her unique experience covers a broad spectrum of escrow services, including all types of residential transactions, business opportunities (or “bulk sales”) with or without liquor licenses, commercial transactions, mobile homes and all aspects of vacant land and subdivision transactions.  Cynthia and her three children reside in Santa Clarita, and during her time off she enjoys spending time with her kids, travel and music.

Diana Wesolowski

Diana Wesolowski has lived in California her whole life, and has been a resident of Santa Clarita for 31 years.  She is married with two daughters, one who is attending college in Pennsylvania, studying to be a teacher, and the other  keeps her busy with school, Volleyball and Swimming.  A die-hard Red Sox fan, Diana and her husband make it a point to follow their team, attend games whenever possible, and try to make an annual “pilgrimage” to Boston.  Diana has worked in escrow for 24 years, the past 20 with the owners of Valleywide Escrow.  Diana brings a personal touch to her escrow transactions, with many long term clients who have grown to rely on her dedication to detailed service.

Lynn Marquez

Born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina, Lynn has been a resident of California for 25 years.  Her escrow experience goes back to 1987, as the night shift supervisor for a large escrow company.  After working in other areas for several years, she returned to Escrow four years ago, and has become a valuable member of Cynthia’s team.  Lynn enjoys working on the varied type of transactions in Cynthia’s unit, and enjoys the challenges the escrow industry offers. 

Judy McClenahan
Assistant to Escrow Officer to Diana Wesolowski

Judy was born in Canada, and has been living in California since 1975.  She began her career in lending and spent several years working in the title industry before joining Valleywide Escrow five years ago.  She brings her knowledge of the title and lending industry into her work with Diana, which gives her an advantage in understanding real estate transactions. 

Candy Garrecht
Post Closing Specialist

Candy Garrecht has worked in escrow since 1971 and has worked in every aspect of the business, ranging from a 2 person office to a major corporation with a large escrow staff.  She loves the challenges of escrow, and couldn’t imagine working in any other industry.  In addition to processing closings, Candy takes care of requests from clients which may arise on closed files.

Sylvia Campos
Receptionist and Escrow Assistant

Sylvia was born and raised in Texas.  She has been an escrow receptionist for over ten years, and brings her friendly smile to work every day.  She enjoys meeting new people, and helping customers, and always strives to pass her smile on.
