Angie White
Manager and Escrow Officer

Angie White began her escrow career in 1977. She has been
serving the Santa Clarita Valley since 1988, and has worked at
Valleywide Escrow for the last 15 years. Prior to entering the
escrow field, Angie worked at a title insurance company and
feels the knowledge she obtained there has proven invaluable to
her overall knowledge of the industry. Her love of escrow shows
in the enthusiasm, helpfulness and friendliness that she
displays to all her clients. Angie is married, has two children, four grandchildren and four Yorkies: Alice, Penny,
Willy and Bailey. |

Lynn Miller
Escrow Officer

Lynn Miller was born and raised in Santa Clarita. Lynn
began her escrow career in 1983 as a receptionist and has been
an escrow officer since 1989. Lynn is still going strong 24
years later, and has been with Valleywide Escrow since 2001.
Lynn “loves” her clients and always has a smile and a hug for
them. Her professionalism in this business speaks for itself in
the success she has enjoyed. On her time off, Lynn enjoys
playing with her niece and nephew, Gracie and Elijah, at Mc
Donald’s playland. Lynn is very active in her church. She is
very proud of being in the “Miller and Valleywide Escrow
family”. |

Julie Godman
Assistant to Escrow Officer Angie White
Julie Godman was born in Southern California and has been a
resident of Santa Clarita for the last 13 years. Julie has
worked in the escrow and real estate Industry for the last 11
years. Julie loves her interaction with the real estate agents
and their clients, and it shows in her professional and friendly
attitude. Julie is a volunteer with the Sheriff’s Department,
and enjoys spending time with her 12 year old son Kevin. |

Donna Edwards
Assistant to Escrow Officer Lynn Miller
Donna Edwards was born and raised in the Santa Clarita Valley.
Donna began her career in the escrow industry in 1991. In 1997,
Donna became an escrow officer for a local escrow company, and
in 2004 joined Valleywide Escrow bringing both professionalism
and experience to her position. She is a valuable member of
Lynn Miller’s team. Donna lives in Valencia with her husband
Ken, their son Justin and their loveable English Cocker Spaniel
named Collie. |

Lee Ann Barbero
Escrow Assistant.
Lee Ann Barbero is a native to California, and has lived most of
her life in Acton. Her career in real estate began in 1998,
working with both home and land sales. In 2003, Lee Ann
transferred into the mortgage business. Lee Ann started her
escrow career with Valleywide Escrow in 2007, and brings the
knowledge of many aspects of the real estate and mortgage
industries with her. Lee Ann is outgoing, energetic and loves
the new challenges of the escrow business. She currently
resides in the Antelope Valley with her husband of 14 years and
her beautiful daughter. |
